At the official Wu-Tang Clan Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Wu-Wear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that limited edition drops and music media are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
